TECHNICAL & COMMERCIAL · FOCUSED ON ENERCON

ENERCON operations management.
Technology and returns in focus.

A wind farm needs attention, both technically and financially. We bring your ENERCON operating information together, coordinate the next steps and make performance and revenue easier to understand.

OPERATIONS MANAGEMENT SERVICES

Coordinate the technology. Understand the revenue.

Technical operations management

We review operating data, assess generation patterns and deviations, and agree the next steps with your maintenance and service partners. Open technical issues are documented for follow-up.

Commercial operations management

We consider electricity exports, billing and the agreed remuneration together. The available data forms the basis for clear reporting on generation and revenue.

Clear responsibilities and reporting

We agree the service scope, reports, contacts and procedures with you. This makes clear which tasks we take on and which remain with the owner, maintenance contractor or other specialist partners.

HOW WE START WORKING TOGETHER

From an initial overview
to clear responsibilities.

01 · Understand your assets

Start with your operating data

A turbine list, the past twelve months of generation, remuneration and current service contracts help us assess the work involved.

02 · Agree the scope

Define who does what

We discuss reports, contacts, responsibilities and interfaces with maintenance, electricity marketing and other partners.

03 · Prepare the handover

A clearly scoped proposal

You receive a proposal with defined services. We then agree access, documentation and the start of management together.

WORKING WITH US

Management that fits your wind farm.

Does operations management replace a maintenance contract?

No. Operations management covers the agreed review, coordination and reporting. Maintenance, repairs and work on the turbines remain separate services provided by the appointed specialist contractors. We clarify the interfaces with your existing contracts before starting.

How does a change of operations manager work?

We review existing documents and agree the tasks, contacts and handover date with you. Turbine and contract records, operating reports and agreed access to the required data are important. The handover takes account of existing contract terms and outstanding issues.

Can I use a PPA or another remuneration model in the calculator?

Yes. Enter your average remuneration rate in euro ct/kWh, whether revenue comes from EEG, a PPA, market sales or another model. For multiple prices, use the annual average weighted by electricity volume. You can alternatively enter actual annual net revenue. Convert amounts in other currencies into euros before entering them.

Is the calculated fee a binding proposal?

No. The calculator gives a non-binding indication showing the graduated revenue tariff, minimum fee calculation and upper limit. A specific proposal follows a review of the assets and agreement on technical and commercial responsibilities. Mixed fleets or insufficient data require an individual review.
