PROJECT DEVELOPMENT & REPOWERING

Wind energy projects.
Development and repowering.

Do you have land, a project idea or a wind farm with development potential? Together, we establish the starting point and identify the next steps.

Development for new sites and existing wind farms.

New sites

Review the land and relevant conditions, gather available documents and establish a basis for further assessment.

Repowering

Explore the future of existing turbines in the context of the site, planning rules, grid connection and newer technology.

Development support

Clarify the project stage, identify open questions and agree the appropriate scope of work and specialist partners with you.

FROM YOUR CURRENT PROJECT STAGE TO THE NEXT STEP

A clear process for your wind energy project.

01 · Establish the starting point

Bring the documents together

We structure the location, area, land rights and existing plans. For operating assets, we also consider turbine data and the operating history. This creates a documented basis for the next discussion.

02 · Identify open questions

Make assessment needs clear

We review the available information on land access, planning, grid connection and existing studies with you. The result is an overview of open questions and the documents or specialist partners needed to address them.

03 · Agree how to work together

Define tasks and next steps

We agree which development steps we will support and which specialist partners need to be involved. Responsibilities, required deliverables and the next stages are defined together according to the agreed assignment.

What you receive after the initial enquiry

The questionnaire turns your inputs into a project summary and a list of useful documents in PDF format. You can download both without sending a contact enquiry. If you submit the enquiry, we use this information for a personal review and to agree an appropriate scope of services.

PROJECT DEVELOPMENT QUESTIONS

Get clarity early.

Which documents do I need to get started?

The location, approximate area, land rights and project stage are enough for an initial enquiry. Site plans, existing studies and grid connection information are helpful. For repowering, add the type, number, capacity and commissioning dates of existing turbines where possible. Missing documents can be identified as open points.

Can I enquire about repowering an existing wind farm?

Yes. Describe the existing turbines and the current project stage. Together, we identify which information about land, planning, grid connection and technical options is needed for the next steps. We then agree the specific scope of services.

Is the PDF summary a feasibility assessment?

No. It summarises your inputs and helps structure the next questions. A reliable assessment requires a review of the site documents and, where necessary, further specialist studies. The questionnaire alone cannot confirm planning permission, grid capacity or financial viability.

THE FIRST STEP IS A GOOD CONVERSATION

Tell us what you have in mind.

Early ideas are welcome. You will receive a PDF summary with a list of useful documents.
