Visiting this website
When you visit, technical connection data are transmitted to the web server, including your IP address, time, requested URL and browser information. The hosting provider may process these data in technical logs. This supports website delivery and security based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Calculator and PDFs
Calculations and PDF generation take place in your browser. Your turbine or project inputs are not saved as a contact enquiry or sent to an external PDF service for this purpose. Results provide non-binding guidance and do not lead to automated contractual decisions.
Your enquiry
If you contact us through the form or by email, we process the contact details and enquiry content that you provide. A summary of your turbine or project details from the questionnaire is prefilled in the message field. You can edit the message before sending it; these details are transmitted as a contact enquiry only when you submit the form. The downloaded PDF is not automatically attached to the form. If you contact us by email, you can attach the file yourself. Required fields are marked in the form. The message is limited to 10,000 characters. Technical form identifiers and the page address accompany the enquiry. The form uses the existing Forminator extension in WordPress. A submission confirmation indicates technical acceptance; it does not confirm email delivery to a particular inbox. You can also contact us directly at support@windpark.com.
Purpose, legal basis and recipients
We use your details to respond and prepare a possible working relationship. If you are taking steps towards a contract yourself, the basis is Article 6(1)(b) GDPR; for enquiries on behalf of a company, our legitimate interest in business communication under Article 6(1)(f). Where processing relies on consent, Article 6(1)(a) applies. Access is limited to the people handling your enquiry and necessary hosting and email service providers. Submitting an enquiry does not subscribe you to a newsletter.
Spam protection
We protect the contact form with Cloudflare Turnstile, provided by Cloudflare, Inc., USA. Cloudflare processes IP addresses and browser and connection signals on our behalf to detect automated access. Cloudflare also processes these data as an independent controller to improve detection. Processing in the United States is possible. Managed mode may require you to select a checkbox. Forminator may also process and store IP addresses when forms are submitted. The scope and retention depend on the existing form and security settings. Necessary security measures are based on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.
Retention
Enquiries are processed for as long as necessary to respond and prepare a possible working relationship. Legal retention requirements or the establishment, exercise or defence of claims may require further retention. You can ask about the status or deletion of your enquiry at any time, providing your contact details so we can identify it. Technical hosting and email logs follow the relevant operational and retention rules.
Your rights
Subject to the applicable legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction and data portability. You can object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your particular situation. You can withdraw consent for the future. Contact support@windpark.com to exercise your rights. You may also complain to a data protection supervisory authority.
Google Fonts
The existing WordPress theme loads font stylesheets for Muli, Open Sans and Playfair Display from fonts.googleapis.com. This sends your IP address and technical browser data to Google. Google Ireland Limited in Dublin, Ireland, is responsible for users in the EEA and Switzerland. Google processes data on servers worldwide. Website resources and cookies
The website uses the existing WordPress theme and extensions. These may provide additional resources such as fonts and application files. When an external resource is requested, connection data, including the IP address, are transmitted to its provider. Cookies and similar storage technologies depend on the website functions actually in use. Your browser settings let you inspect, restrict and delete cookies; doing so may affect website functions. If you follow an external link, the destination website’s privacy information applies.
